But, we provide so much more. This is often very different than what our competition offers.
Most of our competition offers the main equipment and possibly some of the services. Rarely do they offer the complete package. When we look at past projects, on average 20% of the total cost is items not quoted by others, but components that are needed to complete the project. These are components and services that the customer will need to purchase from someone else. In addition to unaccounted cost, these extras often result in a delay in completion of the project.
Our approach is to include and integrate all components so that we know they work with the full system. Often, parts purchased separately are not sized properly, not designed for the specific use or not made from the right materials.
When DRAMMwater includes these pieces in the full system design, this is rarely more expensive. Often it is less. With the extras incorporated into the system and planned from the beginning, job-site engineering, problem troubleshooting and failure re-engineering after installation is greatly reduced.
