About Me

Jared Babik has worked within the horticulture industry for over twenty years joining the Dramm team in 2011. His goal is to assist growers in becoming more efficient with a focus on labor savings techniques, automation and water management systems design. He is responsible for managing project sales nationally, focusing on our integration solutions. Outside of work, Jared competes as an elite level cyclist, enjoys traveling with his wife and all outdoor recreational activities.

Tim Reusch specializes in water project management sales in the CEA industry focusing on leafy green, vine crops, and vertical production facilities for North America. Tim has a commercial production background specializing in hydroponics. Outside of work you can find Tim enjoying the outdoors in the Pacific Northwest or on the pickleball courts.

About Me

Les has degrees in Biological and Environmental engineering, and 25 years of industry experience helping growers, of all types of crops, with their environmental and water quality challenges. Les' day-to-day involves supporting the Dramm sales team and their customers with water treatment designs that maximize investment while minimizing environmental impact. When he's not at his desk, he can be found planting perennials with his family, or running the NC Mountains-to-Sea trail system a stone's throw from his home in Raleigh.

I come from the design and architecture world, spending previous careers in retail and commercial planning roles where I coordinated with architects, engineers, and contractors. As a project manager for DRAMMwater, it's my pleasure to collaborate with the industry experts here at Dramm, while ensuring the project is delivered and executed to the customer's absolute satisfaction. My four kids certainly keep life interesting, and I'm always up for a game of cards.

He is active in market and product development and and also works with the sales team on project design. Al can be found on many off hours on his boat, snow skiing or water skiing with his family.

Louis leads Dramm's Canadian sales efforts in all categories and is an integral part of the worldwide sales team. As a senior member of the team, Louis helps set strategy for the entire company. Louis and his family own and operate a wholesale greenhouse and several retail garden centers in Canada.
